A broadband internet connection with at least 10 Mbps download speed is also required. If you plan to use VR, your headset should be compatible with Oculus Rift, HTC Vive, or an equivalent device.

Yes, you can join Alterland without a VR set. While the VR experience offers an immersive way to explore and interact within Alterland, it is not a requirement. You can fully participate using a standard desktop setup with a keyboard and mouse, allowing you to access all features and functionalities of the platform.

Yes, Alterland features a built-in Drive that allows you to store and share files within the virtual environment. Each user has 2GB of storage space, with a maximum file size of 500MB. Supported file formats include jpg, png, mp4, and pdf. You can upload files by clicking the "Add New Files" button or by dragging and dropping them directly into the Drive. These files can then be accessed and presented in virtual meeting spaces.

First, sign up or log in to your AlterlandHub account. Please note that the "Continue with Google" option is currently unavailable.

• If you are the organization owner, set up your organization in AlterlandHub and invite team members.
• If you are a member of the organization, you will simply receive an invitation to log in. After logging in, go to the "Launcher" tab in the left menu to download and install the Alterland Launcher.

Open the Launcher and click the "Download" button on the main page to download and install the Alterland application. Make sure you have enough disk space before proceeding. The installation may take a few minutes depending on your internet speed and system performance.

Create your avatar in the "Avatar Creator" tab in the Launcher by uploading a photo. Customize the avatar’s appearance to match your style and preferences.
