Shaping the future of work from Silicon Valley

In March, the Alterland team landed in sunny San Jose, California, to take part in NVIDIA GTC 2025 - one of the most important tech events in the world. But this wasn’t just another conference visit. As a proud member of the NVIDIA Inception Program for the past two years, our presence at GTC marked a milestone in our mission to shape the future of digital workspaces and immersive collaboration.

Thanks to this partnership, we were invited to attend exclusive, invitation-only events, including a private tech brunch with Microsoft, curated networking sessions with top VCs, and insider briefings on next-gen AI infrastructure. One of the highlights? Our founder, Dorota Sędek, was invited to speak in a panel discussion on the future of remote work - where she shared insights on building culture, trust, and engagement in fully virtual environments.

A global stage for emerging tech leaders

The NVIDIA Inception Program supports startups driving forward innovation in AI, VR, and data science. Being part of this global community connects us with trailblazers redefining industries - from healthcare to robotics to education. Our inclusion in this initiative is both recognition of our vision and a catalyst for what’s next.

So when we say that attending GTC 2025 was more than just showing up, we mean it. It was about contributing to a conversation on the future of human–AI interaction, and absorbing the latest developments directly from the front lines of technological progress.

A glimpse into tomorrow: what we saw at GTC

This year’s GTC buzzed with breakthrough ideas and revolutionary tech. The focus? AI, immersive computing, and digital twins - technologies that go far beyond remote work. We explored:

Generative AI transforming workflows across industries, streamlining everything from content creation to strategic planning.

Digital twins of cities, factories, and workspaces, enabling real-time simulations and decision-making with precision.

Hyper-realistic environments designed for training, collaboration, and innovation that feel closer to science fiction than business software.

Nvidia’s CEO Jensen Huang captured it best during his keynote: “The next generation of leaders will manage hybrid teams - humans and AI working side by side." That’s exactly where Alterland fits in.

Why it matters for the future of work

At Alterland, we don’t just follow trends - we help shape them. Our platform combines VR, AI, and real-time collaboration tools to support distributed teams in working smarter and more meaningfully, regardless of location.

As we return from GTC with fresh inspiration and insights, we’re even more confident in our mission: to provide smart, immersive, and human-first virtual environments that enable people to do their best work.

Whether you’re a CEO rethinking your company’s hybrid strategy, an HR leader exploring new onboarding solutions, or a team manager looking to energize remote collaboration - the future is being built now, and we’re proud to be part of it.
