Dorota combines business practice, psychology, and modern learning design. As the founder of Can Do! Consulting, she has trained hundreds of managers and spoken at leading industry events. She holds an MBA, postgraduate studies in business psychology, and is pursuing a PhD in leadership at the University of Warsaw. Her frustration with low-engagement online training inspired her to create Alterland, a VR platform designed to restore energy, presence, and emotional connection in remote learning. Today, she helps trainers and organizations adopt immersive technologies to enhance development and collaboration.

Outside of work, Dorota is a karting enthusiast, certified diver, and devoted mom.
